Today, more people are proactive about their health and appearance.  We are all
looking for faster, less invasive procedure with little, if any, downtime.   We now
offer a procedure called Titan tissue tightening.
 
 
What is Titan Tissue Tightening?
The Titan is the first light-based solution for deep skin tightening.  This procedure
uses infrared light to cause the collagen in the skin’s dermis to contract and tighten.  It is a totally non-surgical procedure.
It is used for the face, neck underarms and abdomen.  While heating the dermis,
the cooling hand-piece is keeping the skin’s outer layer cool and comfortable.
 The procedure is done in our office and takes from 15-60 minutes depending
on the size of the area to be treated.  Most patients do not require any anesthetic. 
We do offer a mild oral medication such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
 
Who can be treated with the Titan?
All patients concerned with loose or sagging skin, regardless of skin type or color, may benefit from the Titan.
 
 
What results can I expect?
Fine lines and wrinkles can fill in while deeper frown lines can be softened.  Loose
and sagging skin can be tightened.  Some patients see results quickly.  However, for most patients, the results are gradual as collagen is produced and the skin
tightens.  
These results are usually seen over a three to six month period. 
 
 
How many treatments are recommended? 
During the consultation appointment, we will be able to determine the number of
treatments depending on your skin’s laxity, the area to be treated and the your
desired results.
 
 
Is there a recovery period?
After your treatment, you may notice mild swelling and/or redness of the area.  This
usually disappears within a few hours.  All normal activity may be resumed
immediately.
